Production Executive Position

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Production Executive to oversee production, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality control standards.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, event coverage, and social media content. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and scripts that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Create polished, professional videos using advanced editing software, ensuring high standards of audio and visual quality.
  • Incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance video content when necessary.
  • Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording devices.
  • Provide input on creative direction, offering ideas to improve the visual impact and storytelling of video projects.
  • Work closely with various teams to understand project goals and ensure that the final video product meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video work.
  • Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with motion graphics software.
  • Proficient in operating video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
  • Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all video content is of the highest quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects concurrently.
