Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist, based in Islamabad with some work-from-home flexibility. The receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing phone calls, greeting clients, performing clerical duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Additionally, the role includes organizing appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications- Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience
- Proficiency in clerical skills, including record keeping and scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
