We are looking for a Front Desk Officer/HR to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Company: Sigma Properties & Marketing Pvt. Ltd.

Required Experience and Eligibility: Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Females are encouraged to apply)

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Greet persons entering the organization.
  2. Direct persons to correct destination.
  3. Deal with queries from the public and customers over the phone.
  4. Makes a record of all walk-in customers.
  5. Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary.
  6. Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.
  7. Send, receive, sort & distribute mail and deliveries.
  8. Make a record of daily mail & deliveries.
  9. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required:

Proven work experience as a receptionist.
