Location: Rawalpindi (On-site)

Shift Timings: 6pm PKT - 3am PKT

Salary: Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month (plus commission)

Overview:

MediBill Health Partners is looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Billing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business growth, introducing healthcare providers to our comprehensive billing solutions. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a basic understanding of the healthcare billing space.

Your Role Will Include:

Client Outreach & Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify target clients including clinics, private practices, and specialty care centers.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Understand prospects' billing pain points and match them with the right solutions.

Sales & Deal Closure:

  • Conduct product walkthroughs and consultative presentations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Manage and move leads through the sales funnel, from first conversation to contract signing.
  • Negotiate service terms and pricing in alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate closely with our onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Relationship Building & Retention:

  • Develop lasting connections with new clients by providing ongoing communication and support.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through the value of our billing services.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through transparency and responsiveness.

Market Insight & Performance Tracking:

  • Keep up with healthcare industry shifts, insurance regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal stages using a CRM platform.
  • Deliver regular updates on performance metrics and sales forecasts to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the healthcare or medical billing field.
  • Basic knowledge of the medical billing cycle, including claim submission, coding, and payment posting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong persuasive abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Based in Rawalpindi and able to work in person.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CCS).
  • Experience working with EHR systems or medical billing software.
  • Prior success selling to medical specialties like internal medicine, mental health, orthopedics, or neurology.
