The company has been a leading distributor of chemicals and allied products, serving local and multi-national companies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Accounts & Tax Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all tax-related matters while also handling general accounting functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles and be able to work independently.

• Ensure compliance with FBR tax regulations.
• Prepare and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, WHT returns, and other relevant filings.
• Manage tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
• Maintain proper documentation for tax-related matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Professional Certification e.g., ACCA or CA.

2+ years of experience in accounting and tax management.

Strong understanding of Pakistan tax regulations and financial reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Experience: 2 years

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 A.M to 06:00 P.M

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Karachi
