Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Islamabad, though some work from home is acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, developing marketing campaigns, overseeing customer interactions, and providing regular progress reports.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Oversee customer interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide regular progress reports on sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions as required.
Qualifications
  • Good Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and capabilities
  • Ability to develop and conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in education consultancy or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
