We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of External Workforce Management Product Lead.

Business: Global Procurement

Principal responsibilities

  1. Act as the senior leader and overall functional product owner for Beeline systems for Procurement, supporting the overall strategy.
  2. Serve as SME and lead improvements for the Beeline system, supporting other Digital Product leads.
  3. Support the design, delivery, and rollout of the global External Workforce Management (EWM) system and continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Own governance and process/system changes related to EWM.
  5. Engage with stakeholders across the business to influence and align strategies.
  6. Deeply understand EWM systems and processes, providing procurement subject matter expertise on vision, delivery, and architecture design.
  7. Build trust and influence with IT teams and establish strong vendor relationships.
  8. Report on change delivery and service quality, ensuring risks are controlled in line with group and business objectives.
  9. Manage and optimize the workforce, fostering team engagement and cultural initiatives.
  10. Develop an effective global team through communication, performance management, and recognition practices.
  11. Cultivate an environment supporting diversity, reflecting HSBC's brand and values.
