External Workforce Management Product Lead

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our External Workforce Management (EWM) system.

This role is responsible for driving strategy, improving systems, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EWM systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, delivery, and rollout of the global EWM system
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve EWM systems and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to influence and align strategies
  • Provide procurement subject matter expertise on vision, delivery, and architecture design
  • Build trust and influence with IT teams and establish strong vendor relationships
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of EWM systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to drive strategy and deliver results
  • Familiarity with IT systems and architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
