Cold Caller – Merchant Onboarding (Onsite)

Atrium Solutions is seeking an experienced Cold Caller to help onboard restaurants as merchants for our food delivery platform. This is an onsite position, and the ideal candidate should have prior experience in cold calling, sales, or merchant acquisition, particularly in industries like food delivery (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, etc.) or hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our food delivery platform.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of partnering with us, such as low commission rates, next-day payouts, and marketing support.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate agreements to onboard new merchants.
  • Guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process and collect necessary information.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or merchant acquisition (preferably in the food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS industry).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and meet daily/weekly targets.
