Digitt+ is scaling its payment solutions, and we need a*Merchant Acquisition Manager* to onboard SMEs, retailers and digital businesses onto our platform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Managed teamto drive sales, meet targets, and enhance brand presence.
  • Market Development: Initiated coverage, visibility, and area development strategies, actively contributing to the expansion of market share and enhancing the brand presence in the territory.
  • Team Leading: Lead a team in analyzing and improving business through regular reporting, market audits, and strategic interventions.
  • Customer Relationship: Fostered strong relationships with Retailer and Staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • KPI Adherence: Ensured strict adherence to company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring and evaluating performance metrics to guarantee alignment with organizational goals.
  • Route Mapping and Infra-Numeric Structure: Demonstrated proficiency in developing and implementing a robust route mapping infra-numeric structure, optimizing Business channels for enhanced efficiency and coverage

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Experience: 3+ years in *merchant acquisition, payment solutions, or B2B sales (fintech/banking background a plus).

- Familiarity with *UPI, POS systems, payment gateways, and digital lending.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and relationship management.

- Data-driven mindset (ability to analyze transaction reports).

- Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and payment platforms).

- Excellent communication (verbal/written).
