Job Description

A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a Product Manager / Product Specialist for Surgical Products. Due to significant growth within their existing customer product portfolio in the surgical market, an opportunity has arisen for a Product Specialist to join their South region. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will be responsible for effectively selling and promoting their extensive surgical product portfolio. The products are designed to make operating theatre procedures easier and more efficient.

This role requires a strong technical background, as you will present the product range to stakeholders in both the public and private sectors. Previous sales experience within surgical medical devices will be advantageous for managing the South territory, including new business development.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify and meet with key customers regarding the product portfolio.
  3. Plan and organize sales activities within the South territory for maximum coverage.
  4. Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  5. Identify new business opportunities within the territory and manage the full sales cycle.
Requirements

  • Ability to influence others and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
