As an Accounting Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the accounting team in managing our clients' financial activities. You will perform various accounting tasks, assist in drafting financial reports, and support team members in creating financial models. Your role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, periodic and ad-hoc reporting
  • Perform assigned accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) tasks.
  • Draft financial reports, including annual statements.
  • Support team members in creating financial models, cash flow projections, and profitability forecasts.
  • Compile and analyze financial data.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving accounting processes and procedures.
  • Assist project managers/team leads in financial system transitions or upgrades.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the team lead and management to support the overall objectives of the accounting department.

The Qualification/Skills
  • Chartered Accountant / ACCA (Qualified/Finalist), or equivalent, with 2+ years of relevant experience (preferably international).
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online; bonus points for experience with Sage300, Xero, or Wave.
  • Expertise in financial management, GAAP, and long-term planning.
  • Proven leadership with excellent English communication and analytical skills.
  • Track record of implementing advanced accounting software and leading change.
  • Client-focused with strong team management and project coordination abilities.
  • Minimum Commitment: 3 years
