BrainX Technologies is looking for a motivated Accounts Executive with up to 6 months of experience (or fresh graduates) to join our growing team. If you have a background in Finance or Accounting and a keen interest in managing financial operations, this could be your opportunity to kickstart your career

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and petty cash vouchers.
  • Help in reconciling bank accounts and updating ledgers.
  • Support in generating invoices and following up on payments.
  • Prepare payment documents for managerial review and approval.
  • Aid in compiling documents for tax filing and reporting.
  • Work on Google Sheets/MS Excel for daily accounting tasks.
  • Identify basic errors or discrepancies and flag them for resolution.
  • Keep internal financial databases updated and organized.
Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Up to 6 months of relevant internship or work experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of Excel (formulas, formatting, basic reports).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
