Role Description:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee our Sialkot Outlet. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for driving sales, managing the store team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze performance data to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and retail management, preferably in the fragrance, fashion, or luxury industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus.
