SACPL is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Manager Sales to join its Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) team in Lahore. The successful candidate will have a background in Electrical Engineering and practical experience in ESS design and sales across commercial, industrial, and consumer markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the company's ESS portfolio by supporting sales strategies and engaging with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in executing ESS sales strategies and meeting departmental targets.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized ESS solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Prepare and assist in delivering technical and commercial presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and performance metrics.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and sales presentations to enhance outreach and engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the ESS or renewable energy sector.
- Solid understanding of ESS technologies and their practical applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
