Role: Property Administrator - Purchase Orders (Construction)

Location: Hyderabad / Mohali

Function: Hungry Jacks Development

The Role

The role of the Property Administrator is to produce and issue Purchase Orders based on instructions from the Hungry Jacks Development team.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
  • Generating Purchase orders (PO's) for capital projects. Information to create the PO's come from a standard template generated from various officers from the Hungry Jacks Development team in Australia
  • PO's to accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template
  • PO's to be issued in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays
  • PO's to be raised using standard software (Oracle) provided by Hungry Jacks
  • It is envisaged that there will be 80 projects per annum that require Purchase orders raised. Typically, there would be 20 purchase orders per project
