We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales, strong client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of software products and services.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales, strong client relationship skills, and a deep understanding of technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through the sale of software products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales processes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client needs.
  • Regularly update CRM with accurate sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software or IT solution sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, if required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycles.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and emerging tech trends.
