Location: Block XX Phase 3 DHA Cantt, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Define interaction models, animations, and UI behavior for seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain and document design systems, guidelines, and research findings to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2.5 to 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world projects and design thinking.
  • Proficient in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision, Proto.io, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
  • Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
