JOB DESCRIPTION:

Efficient sales performance & must be achieving their Monthly Sales Targets

Set sales targets and motivate sales team

Prepare sales reports weekly/monthly and share it with the concerned manager

Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.

Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Discover training needs and provide coaching.

Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Monitor and manage the attendance of team members

Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.

Job Specification

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic knowledge of ecommerce

Prior experience in team management or leadership roles is a plus.
