We are looking to expand our Product Management team, focusing on analyzing and designing activities during the VIDIZMO product development lifecycle. The goal is to transform business requirements into technical implementations by the product engineering team, including working on wireframes, mockups, user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing technical requirements.

VIDIZMO is an Enterprise Video Content and Digital Media Management Platform & Portal that enables customers to ingest, store, distribute, and analyze live and on-demand video and digital media assets securely and reliably across devices and platforms, supporting corporate communication, training, marketing, asset management, and digital evidence management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Independently take up new features and deliver User Stories for Engineering teams.
  • Create MRDs and PRDs for VIDIZMO products.
  • Analyze, design, and document product features.
  • Evaluate VIDIZMO products against competitors and market trends.
  • Create and maintain Product Backlog, prioritize features with leadership.
  • Transform business requirements into User Stories and mockups.
  • Assist in critical design decisions.
  • Support QA team in developing test scenarios and cases.
  • Perform Internal UAT and report anomalies.
  • Create and maintain a Product Roadmap.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and assess market impact.
  • Lead the Product Development Lifecycle through cross-team collaboration.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Technical background in Web & Responsive Web Applications.
  • Attention to detail and ownership.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in wireframes, flow diagrams, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
  • Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions.
Preferred Skills
  • Programming experience and SQL skills.
  • Basic AI/ML concepts.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Understanding of media formats and streaming technologies.
  • Experience with B2B Products.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Business/System Analysis is a plus.
