Virtual Product Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Product Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory management, and order processing on Amazon Seller Central.

About the Role:

  1. Manage product listings, including optimizing product titles, descriptions, and images to improve visibility and sales.
  2. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist with Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and analyze performance to optimize results.
  4. Perform market research to identify trends and new product opportunities that align with our business goals.
  5. Track and report on sales performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates.
  6. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines to maintain a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a background in e-commerce and sales.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its tools, including inventory management, FBA, PPC, and other relevant features.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Basic knowledge of keyword research and product listing optimization techniques.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
