Role OverviewWe're looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to join our team and drive B2B lead generation via LinkedIn. This role demands a creative yet strategic individual who can attract prospects, build relationships, and help grow our pipeline of potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize company and team LinkedIn profiles
- Design and execute LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies
- Create engaging, relevant LinkedIn content and campaigns
- Identify and connect with potential leads based on target persona
- Perform competitor and market research to refine outreach strategy
- Analyze and report performance metrics (connection rates, responses, conversion)
- Build and nurture professional relationships through personalized communication
- Stay up to date with the latest LinkedIn tools, algorithms, and outreach trends
- Proven experience in LinkedIn profile management and B2B lead generation
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and best practices
- Strong grasp of content creation and outreach messaging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid market research and analytics skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/Automation industry is a plus
