Chief Executive Officer at IT Walay | Leading IT Operations GrowthAs a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our client acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Identifying and connecting with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Managing and optimizing LinkedIn profiles and company pages to enhance visibility.
- Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for effective prospecting.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
- Tracking and reporting on lead generation performance metrics.
To measure success in this role, the following KPIs will be monitored:
- Lead Volume: Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted to clients.
- Engagement Metrics: Interactions on LinkedIn content (likes, comments, shares).
- Response Rate: Percentage of outreach messages that receive a response.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL): Average cost incurred to acquire a lead.
- Lead Quality: Relevance and potential value of leads based on predefined criteria.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Financial return generated from lead generation activities.
This is an on-site position based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Candidates must be comfortable working from our office location.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
The starting salary for this role ranges from PKR 50,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, with additional benefits including performance-based bonuses and professional development opportunities.
