Prime Bpo is now Hiring IT specialists with basic computer knowledge about Software as well as Hardware.

Requirements:
Must have basic computer knowledge. (Any field-related certificates, short courses, or diplomas will be given preference)
Must possess prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Should be target-oriented, hard-working, and punctual.
Must not be enrolled in any educational program.
Able to work the night shift.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to call center agents and supervisors in using VICIDial. Assist with basic user issues, answer queries, and conduct training sessions as needed.
Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to VICIDial promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in call center operations.
Monitor system performance and generate basic reports to assess call center productivity and efficiency using VICIDial's reporting tools.

Shift:
Full-Time Night Shift (10hrs)
