Position: Python Developer, LLM & AI Automation

Location: Remote

About Siglance:

We build intelligent agents and end-to-end AI workflow automation that turn messy, unstructured data into actionable insights—at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain back end Python services powering our AI agents
  • Integrate and fine-tune large language models (GPT, Llama, etc.) for tasks like document understanding, workflow automation and conversational assistants
  • Build robust ETL pipelines to extract data from unstructured sources (PDFs, emails, images)
  • Collaborate with front-end and DevOps teams to deploy services (FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Optimize performance and latency of LLM calls, implement caching and batching strategies

Must-Have:

  • Fresh to 1 year of professional Python development experience
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, inference pipelines)
  • Familiarity with OCR/NLP libraries (Tesseract, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)
  • Familiarity with REST API design (FastAPI, Flask) and containerization (Docker) skills
