Job Title: Python/AI Developer

Experience: 3 years

Job Type: Full Time

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Python/AI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions—including Generative AI (GenAI) applications, LLM-based systems, AI automation agents, and real-time machine learning models. The role requires hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, computer vision, and scalable AI architectures across both historical and real-time data.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-powered applications, including GenAI, RAG-based chatbots, and natural language processing solutions.

Design and implement computer vision systems for object detection, facial recognition, OCR, and video analytics.

Build and enhance AI automation agents capable of multi-step reasoning, task execution, and workflow integration.

Develop conversational AI systems with speech recognition, natural language understanding (NLU), and voice assistant features.

Analyze large-scale historical and streaming data to improve model accuracy and deliver intelligent predictions.

Integrate AI models for automated decision-making, predictive analytics, and intelligent process automation.

Ensure performance, reliability, and security of AI models through robust testing, validation, and monitoring.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in Python development with deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, and deep learning.

Strong understanding of data pipelines, real-time processing, and model optimization.

Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building AI-enabled web applications using Django or Flask.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of OCR, voice AI, speech technologies, and containerized deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.

Work on cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world AI solutions.
