Role Summary
We're seeking a Financial Analyst to work alongside senior ESG experts. You'll translate sustainability strategies into clear business value by building financial models, developing proposals and designing pricing frameworks—all underpinned by advanced Excel expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Modeling

  1. Build and maintain Excel‑based models for pricing frameworks, subscription/retainer structures, budgets, rolling forecasts, ROI and scenario/sensitivity analyses.
  2. Aggregate ESG metrics (e.g., carbon inventories, energy use) and benchmark global regulations (CSRD, CBAM, TCFD), green‑finance instruments and consulting rates—using both provided and self‑sourced data.
  3. Contribute cost‑benefit analyses and pricing recommendations for RFPs and pitch decks.

Financial Reporting & Dashboards

  1. Produce monthly dashboards and variance reports to monitor project performance and highlight key financial insights.

Integration & Collaboration

  1. Partner with technical, legal and software teams to embed financial analyses into client deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Credentials:

  1. Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, OR
  2. ACCA (with completed/planned ESG modules), OR
  3. Master's in Financial Management or Data Analytics.

Experience:

  1. 2–4 years in financial analysis, consulting or corporate finance preferred but not essential.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  2. Strong attention to detail, comfort with large data sets and a problem‑solving mindset.

ESG & Sustainability Knowledge:

  1. Basic understanding of Environmental, Social & Governance principles and the sustainability sector.
  2. Familiarity with carbon accounting methodologies, green‑finance instruments and global frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) is a plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  1. Excellent verbal and written skills; able to distill complex analyses into clear, client‑ready recommendations.
  2. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across technical, legal and software teams.

Time Management:

  1. Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Reporting & Collaboration
You will report to senior ESG advisors and work closely with our technical, legal and software teams, as well as KPartners' leadership, to deliver best‑in‑class advisory services.
