Ice Cream Pakistan is hiring a Communications & Corporate Affairs Manager to support our growth and reputation in Pakistan. This role reports to the IC Communications & Corporate Affairs and Sustainability METSA Director and is based at the Pakistan Head Office.

Job Purpose

To accelerate growth and unlock the potential of the Pakistan Ice Cream Business Unit by leveraging the company's reputation and strategic communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute local C&CA strategy aligned with global goals and local priorities.
  • Manage external communications, including relationships with government, media, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor public opinion and policy impacts.
  • Lead issues management and reputation protection efforts.
  • Advise leadership on communication and engagement strategies.
  • Lead external affairs and organize engagement events.
  • Implement and oversee the sustainability agenda in Pakistan.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure integrated communication efforts.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate affairs and communications, with a strong media network.
  • Experience in government relations, CSR initiatives, and issues management.
  • Digital savvy with strong judgment and reputation management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Food, Ice Cream, or Snacking industry is preferred but not mandatory.
