Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, Marketing & Business Development, located in Lahore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, developing business strategies, and building relationships with potential clients. Daily tasks include market research, analyzing trends, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the company's market presence. Responsibilities also encompass creating promotional materials, managing digital marketing efforts, and organizing events to promote the company's services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Analysis
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Team Coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
