Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credentialing Team Lead/Supervisor located in Rawalpindi. Effective communication, team management, and problem-solving are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in credentialing, provider enrollment, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team leadership and supervisory experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with credentialing software and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management is advantageous
