About the Role:

NESL IT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications, collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and other developers.

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
  • Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
  • Implement server-side rendering using Next.js where needed
  • Build modular and reusable components using React
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Work with version control systems like Git and follow Agile/Scrum methodologies

Required Skills:

  • Strong backend development experience using Express.js and Nest.js (preferred)
  • Good understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with Next.js for SSR (Server Side Rendering) and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
  • Experience with authentication (JWT, OAuth), data security, and role-based access control
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
  • Understanding of deployment using Docker or cloud services (a plus)
