SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Consultant will be responsible for optimizing websites and online content of the company to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. Will be responsible to work closely to understand their business goals and develop effective SEO strategies to achieve those goals. Expertise like keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building are crucial in improving organic search performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform comprehensive website audits to identify areas for improvement in terms of SEO.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
  • Develop and execute on-page optimization strategies, including optimizing website structure, meta tags, headings, and content.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content creators to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine algorithms and SEO techniques.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and developments and provide recommendations for adapting SEO strategies accordingly.
Job Specification
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
  • Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
  • Solid Cloud experience, preferably in AWS
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
  • Experience with monitoring systems
  • Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, cf engine, Chef)
  • Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
  • Proven experience as an SEO professional, preferably as an SEO consultant or specialist.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
