Role Summary

At Semicolon Tech, we're looking for an eCommerce Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. In this role, you'll manage and optimize our presence across key platforms—Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify—to drive sales, improve customer experience, and grow our digital footprint. Success means owning platform strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings, content, and promotions across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
• Analyze sales performance and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI
• Coordinate with creative, logistics, and marketing teams to align inventory, content, and promotions
• Stay up to date with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning
• Execute A/B testing, pricing strategies, and keyword optimization for increased visibility
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and resolve issues related to listings, reviews, or account health

Qualifications

• 1 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce accounts (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify)
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics)
• Proven ability to increase sales and improve operational performance across platforms
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
