About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Professional to join our team.

  • This is a fast-paced, data-driven role that involves managing and optimizing our presence across key platforms—Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify—to drive sales, improve customer experience, and grow our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings, content, and promotions across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, logistics, and marketing teams to align inventory, content, and promotions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Experimentation: Execute A/B testing, pricing strategies, and keyword optimization for increased visibility.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform requirements and resolve issues related to listings, reviews, or account health.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience managing eCommerce accounts (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify).
  • A strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics).
  • A proven ability to increase sales and improve operational performance across platforms.
