Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Performance Management:
    • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize User Acquisition and Retention campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and RTA.
    • Analyze campaign metrics such as CpDAU, CPO, ROI, conversion rates, and retention.
    • Identify performance gaps and suggest strategic improvements based on data insights.
  2. Cross-Market Insights & Reporting:
    • Provide actionable insights and performance summaries to stakeholders across various markets.
    • Create weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, and benchmarks for leadership.
  3. Creative Optimization:
    • Collaborate with design and brand teams to enhance creative assets.
    • Ensure creative elements effectively communicate Daraz's value proposition.
    • Optimize the integration between product catalogues and advertising platforms.
    • Work with product and category teams to improve catalogue quality and visibility.
  4. Budget & Accrual Management:
    • Manage monthly marketing budgets and coordinate with Finance for validation and reconciliation.
    • Ensure budget utilization aligns with business goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or e-commerce growth.
  3. Proficiency in campaign management tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  4. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Analytics, and dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau).
  5. Knowledge of feed/catalogue management and optimization for dynamic ads.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills across marketing, product, finance, and creative departments.
  7. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
