Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to visa applications and travel documentation.
- Provide expert guidance on visa options available for various destinations.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle all type of incoming responses on whatsapp and social media.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and changes in immigration policies.

Job Specification:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of documentation related to travel services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
