Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via chat, email, and calls.
- Follow the predefined sales process and playbook on HubSpot.
- Engage, communicate, and build rapport with prospects and clients confidently.
- Provide feedback to improve the sales process and playbook.
- Act as the first point of contact for all eForce inquiries, delivering a professional experience.
- Interact confidently with top-level executives to present solutions and close deals.
- Report regularly to the department head on sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–4 years in IT services sales, especially in staff augmentation or related services for US clients (EST Time Zone).
Skills:
- Excellent English communication with a strong American accent.
- Proficiency in executing sales workflows on HubSpot.
- Ability to engage with clients at all levels, including executives.
Mindset:
- Sales hunter mentality—eager to convert inquiries into sales.
- Self-motivated team player with an engaging personality.
Cultural Fit:
- Solid understanding of US business culture and client expectations.
