  • Engage in end-to-end project management activities.
  • Lead the implementation of innovative digital projects within different industries, markets and contexts.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Digital projects, IT architecture and software development life cycle.
  • Coordinate internal project teams as well as external partners.
  • Scope project requirements, develop time planning and monitor progress, ensuring deliveries on time and up to quality standards.
  • Drive and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis over delivery of strategic recommendations to support top management decision making.
  • Gather, analyze and present project results to key stakeholders and moderate internal and external workshops.
  • Highlight potential risks and bottlenecks and act proactively to resolve issues.
  • Have the chance to take responsibility for exciting and demanding projects and to actively help shape them in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
  • You have completed your business or engineering/technical studies with above-average success.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
  • You have a strong technical background.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and a strong client orientation.
  • You have gained initial leadership experience and are familiar with conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
  • You are familiar with Agile project management principles and tools (e.g. JIRA).
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
