Working Hours: 11:00-8:00PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can adapt to the fast-paced nature of the tech industry and help elevate Hybytes' presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business and branding goals.
• Create, publish, and manage engaging content across all key platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos including team culture highlights, product demos, and interviews.
• Build and maintain a detailed monthly content calendar ensuring consistent and timely output.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create content for campaigns, product launches, and announcements.
• Monitor and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
• Engage with audiences—responding to comments, messages, and managing community feedback professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features—especially within the tech industry.
• Strategically support promotional efforts for webinars, product updates, and industry events via social media.
• Encourage employee participation in brand visibility by promoting internal content sharing and advocacy.
• Organize internal content-sharing campaigns, employee engagement contests, and prepare shareable content kits.
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all social media content.
• Track competitor activities and identify trends and opportunities for innovative content creation.
• Plan and run targeted Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to attract leads and potential clients.
• Collaborate on and manage daily tasks and updates using tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Confluence.
• Strategize what, when, and how to post content for maximum visibility, engagement, and reach.
• Optimize post timing based on platform analytics and audience behavior.
• Manage social media ad campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

Skills Required:

• 1–3+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally within tech or startups.
• Proficiency in video content creation—shooting and editing with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma for graphic and post design.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, B2B marketing, or the tech industry.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
• Familiar with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Experience running and optimizing Google Ads and social media paid campaigns.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Slack, and Confluence for team collaboration and task tracking.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in the tech or IT industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising campaigns is a plus.
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
