We are looking for highly creative and educated individuals who are seeking a role within the social media industry. Individuals must have excellent communication and English language skills.

Please note: The individual(s) hired will be working across our group businesses, which include a leading eCommerce store for stationery and a printing and packaging business.

The candidate must be hands-on with content creation, video making, and planning. They should have experience with Corel Draw, Illustrator, and other graphic designing tools.

Responsibilities
  1. Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  2. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by collaborating with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
  3. Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.
  4. Collects customer data and analyzes interactions and visits, using this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  5. Reports progress to senior marketing management.
  6. Grows and expands the company's social media presence into new platforms, while increasing presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
  7. Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
  8. Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
Job Specification

Must have hands-on experience in eCommerce and social media marketing with skills in designing and execution of products and services.

Work experience in paper, printing, packaging, and stationery will be an added advantage.
