Role Overview

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who's not just great with keywords and audits but also understands how SEO integrates into broader content and digital strategies. You'll be responsible for increasing organic visibility for client brands, driving traffic, and improving conversions through data-backed SEO execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for client websites.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research aligned with client goals and user intent.
  • Audit websites and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies that comply with white-hat practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest algorithm updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Solid grasp of on-page SEO elements (meta tags, headers, internal linking, schema).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Google Analytics and/or HubSpot SEO certifications.
  • Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and YouTube SEO.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or social media strategy.
