Role Summary:

OB Hospitality Group is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead and implement search engine optimization strategies across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic visibility, optimizing website and content performance, and collaborating with content teams to drive growth in search engine rankings and traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across our digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, image tags, and internal linking structures.
  • Track and report on key SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, etc.).
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Provide SEO guidelines for landing pages, blog content, and campaign assets.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitiveness.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, keyword tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality, food, or retail industry SEO.
  • Ability to conduct competitor analysis and backlink research.
  • Working knowledge of content optimization and copywriting for SEO.
