Job Description:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Growth Manager to lead the ideation and execution of content-centric marketing campaigns. From crafting compelling short-form content to being on-site at events for real-time storytelling, this role demands a strong sense of brand identity, digital strategy, and an instinct for building lasting connections with audiences.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping how Quixas is perceived across platforms, driving audience engagement, and elevating our brand through strategic storytelling and content innovation with a strong focus on showcasing our IT services, custom software solutions, and AI-driven offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content-driven campaigns across digital platforms—focusing on storytelling that highlights brand values, services, and mission.
  • Create engaging, informative content that communicates Quixas Technology's IT solutions, software services, and industry innovations to a broad digital audience.
  • Collaborate closely with Management and the Sales team to align content generation, campaign goals, and business objectives.
  • Produce, edit, and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
  • Be present on-site during key company events to capture real-time content—videos, photos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Manage daily story uploads across platforms to keep engagement consistent and audience interest alive.
  • Lead and maintain campaign presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Build, grow, and manage a TikTok presence to connect with broader audiences.
  • Contribute to website improvements by collaborating with web teams to enhance digital experience and storytelling.
  • Organize and oversee on-site activities or events, ensuring campaign authenticity and proper documentation.
  • Monitor performance, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
  • Recommend tools, platforms, and resources necessary to elevate campaign performance and execution.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in content creation and marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of engaging short-form content and storytelling-based campaigns.
  • Experience developing content for B2B and tech-focused industries is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in content planning, video editing, and social media management.
  • On-ground experience in content capture and event-based marketing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta tools, and LinkedIn publishing tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
  • A deep understanding of branding, audience behavior, and digital media trends.
  • Hands-on experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.
