We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand plans that align with our overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Create and implement brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Build Brand Awareness: Lead the development and maintenance of our brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, color schemes, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Drive Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
  • Manage Brand Equity: Monitor and manage our brand equity, tracking metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
