We are seeking a motivated and experienced Overseas Education Counselor to join our team in DHA 2 Islamabad. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in guiding students through the complex process of applying to international universities, providing tailored counseling on academic programs, career outcomes, and visa processes. As an Overseas Education Counselor, you will be pivotal in converting student inquiries into successful enrollments, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their overseas educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Counseling & Guidance:

Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students and their families about study abroad options based on their academic background and financial suitability.

Assist students in selecting the right universities, colleges, and courses, considering their aspirations and potential career outcomes.

Offer detailed insights into the application process, including SOP, LOR, and resume preparation.

  • Application & Visa Assistance:

Guide students through the application process to universities in countries like Canada, the UK, the USA, Ireland, Dubai, and Europe.

Assist with student visa applications, ensuring all documentation is in order for a smooth visa approval process.

  • Lead Management & Conversion:

Follow up on inquiries and leads generated from educational events and other marketing activities.

Contact prospective students through various communication channels, including phone, email, and text, to assess their profiles and provide personalized recommendations.

Conduct daily tele-counseling and tele-calling sessions with prospective students to assess their profiles and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Profile Building & Support:

Help students create strong academic and professional profiles, offering advice on how to enhance their resumes, SOPs, and LORs to increase their chances of acceptance.

  • Business Development & Marketing Participation:

Participate in marketing and business development activities, such as education fairs and student seminars, both domestically and overseas.

Strategize new initiatives for outreach and engagement with potential students.

  • Educational Activities & Events:

Represent Topline Study at overseas education events, guiding students through their options and promoting our services.

Network with university representatives and build relationships to ensure our students have access to the best possible educational opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably related to education or counseling).
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in overseas education counseling, specifically guiding students to study in countries like Canada, the UK, Australia, the USA, and New Zealand.
  • Visa Processing Expertise: Familiarity with student visa processes for various countries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is required. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Multilingual Candidates Preferred: Ability to counsel in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and a customer-centric approach to counseling.
