Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Islamabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance, developing career plans, managing career resources, and offering student counseling. The role involves one-on-one sessions with students to help them understand their career options, assess their strengths, and develop strategies for achieving their career goals. Regular communication with students and parents to discuss progress and address any concerns is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
  • Experience in Student Counseling and effective Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience in an educational environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in using career assessment tools and software
