We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com, and a strong background in SaaS and IT services. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Manage and execute online bidding activities on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com to secure new projects.
- Write effective proposals and customize them according to client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals for SaaS products and IT services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of potential leads and follow up systematically.
- Meet or exceed set targets for lead generation, proposals submitted, and deals closed.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management on business development activities.
- Proven experience in online bidding on Upwork, Freelancer.com, or similar freelance platforms.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and IT services sales.
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Ability to craft customized proposals that match client needs.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory based on experience).
