From Sialkot to the World – Creating the Next Big Name in Custom Clothing Manufacturing

Are you experienced in the garments or textile sector and ready to lead business growth?

We are a custom clothing manufacturer working with global clients across private labels, sportswear brands, and apparel companies. We're looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager who understands the garment industry, can find and convert international customers, and build a high-performing marketing and sales team.

What You'll Be Doing


• Identify potential clients (B2B) globally and develop strong relationships


• Convert leads into real business opportunities through strategic communication


• Create and manage digital marketing strategies (LinkedIn, Email, CRM, etc.)


• Participate in and manage exhibitions, expos, and trade events


• Lead a small team and coordinate with production and operations


• Take ownership of growth goals and report directly to leadership


• Experience in garments/textile/export marketing (minimum 3–5 years)


• Strong understanding of international buyer behavior (especially in US, UK, EU)


• Proven success in generating and converting leads


• Familiarity with exhibition planning, B2B sales, and follow-up strategies


• Strong leadership and planning skills


• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation abilities
