Job Objective

We're hiring a skilled UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, user-centered experiences for our internal tools, client dashboards, and cloud-native platforms. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking and visual execution—translating business complexity into clean, functional, and modern interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are both technically robust and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate user needs and business goals into structured user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces

    • Design intuitive interfaces for web-based applications, focusing on dashboards, admin panels, and data-intensive workflows

      • Create and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and visual consistency across platforms

        • Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency from handoff to implementation

          • Conduct and synthesize user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions

            • Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity

              • Ensure accessibility standards and responsive behaviors are integrated into all design solutions

                • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing outcomes, and analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments.

      • Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, libraries); familiarity with tools like Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus.

        • Strong grasp of interaction design principles, UX heuristics, and responsive design frameworks.

          • Experience designing structured, component-driven interfaces for dashboards, admin portals, and internal tools.

            • Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints, business requirements, and performance considerations.

              • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

                • Familiarity with Agile environments and design collaboration in multi-disciplinary teams.

Good to have

  • Understanding of AWS ecosystem or cloud-native application workflows.
