Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Passion for creating customer-focused design and market-leading user experiences.
  2. Ability to do comprehensive end-user and market research and present new ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Create UI/UX research strategy and gather requirements and feedback from end users and stakeholders.
  4. Identify product gaps, generate new design ideas, optimize UX, and improve overall product UI and UX.
  5. Develop comprehensive and scalable design systems that include reusable components, consistent typography, color palettes, grid systems, and interactive elements.
  6. Maintain and update existing design systems to align with evolving brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user needs.
  7. Proficient in leveraging ready-made design systems within Figma and integrating them into projects efficiently.
  8. Ideate new product feature designs based on product feature ideas.
  9. Work with customers to understand their design needs and discuss them with Product Managers.
  10. Create high-fidelity app designs and supporting assets using Figma.
  11. Must have hands-on experience in PhotoShop and Illustrator to create design components and supporting assets.
Skills
  1. A strong portfolio on Dribbble or Behance demonstrating user-centered UX/UI Mobile/Web-based design skills.
  2. At least 2-3 product designs in Figma that have been successfully rolled out into Production.
  3. Clear understanding of UX design systems, patterns, layouts, and UX problem-solving.
  4. Proficiency with design tools including Figma, PhotoShop, and Illustrator.
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Understanding of SaaS Products SDLC and SRLC.
  7. Experience in customer-facing design presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
